The Committee on Agriculture moves to amend the bill by striking
the title in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
"A BILL to amend and reenact §19-21A-6 and §19-21A-7 of the Code
of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to removing certain
requirements and the certification requirements for election of
conservation supervisors."
